This is a two-bay caramel-coloured colorbond shed, at the southern edge of the community of Rydal. Flaking, white-painted steel bollards stand either side of the caramel-coloured roller doors, to protect the building. A concrete apron extends out to Sydney Road, and extends to the sides of the shed. On the western side is a metal rack, for the laying out of used fire hoses to drain and dry them.

While the building looks quite new (a lot newer than the remote building of this Brigade), it is pictured in an article of the Lithgow Mercury, on receiving some fund-raising monies in 2014. (visit link)
