Named "Tootsie" by the owner she is like all typical Florida residents, she is a transplant from Downer's Grove, Illinois where she originally lived. Today she waves at passing motorists on 15th St. E. in Bradenton.
Clad in the bikini style that some of the other more permissive Uniroyal Gals had she seems more appropriate for Florida than Illinois. Here she can work on her tan.
She has been painted in a patriotic bikini with red and white stripe bottom and white stars on a blue field for her top. Even her hair color has been upgraded from a blonde to a brunette. She is on a rolling platform that can be moved when needed for the special events that Edmunds Metal Works holds.
