ENG: The first mention of the brewery appears in 1618 in connection with the anti-Habsburg resistance. It belonged to the Lords of Olovnica. In 1848 the brewery belonged to Duke Leopold of Tuscany, the owner of the elected manor. After his death, Olovnice passed into the possession of the ruling House of Habsburg; The last owner was Franz Josef I at the end of the First World War. The brewery's activities were completed in 1950.
