The memorial plaque for Elizabeth (Liz) Lawson is attached to the font cover at the back of Kirk Maughold on the left of the entrance.
The simple rectangular plaque is attached to the font cover of the church and carries the following inscription:
'Dedicated To
The Memory Of
Elizabeth (Liz) Lawson
1956 - 1989'
The font cover in marked contrast to the font and is of fine grained rich-coloured wood whilst the fone is formed out a fine boulder of coarse, dark grey grit ot trap-rock, which is not found on the Island.
Location: Inside Kirk Maughold in Maughold.
