"Pornichet Fish & Chips a été créé en 2014 par Dorothy Legeay et ses enfants, Kevin et Joanna.

Dorothy est née en Ecosse et a commencé l’aventure à Pornichet en important le concept du Fish and Chips, en respectant les traditions pour vous offrir le meilleur du poisson frais et des frites maison, toujours avec un accueil chaleureux.

BAC pro cuisine en poche, Kevin a mis au point sa recette de panure à base de bière et ensemble nous voulons vous montrer une autre facette de l’art culinaire Britannique avec du fast-food de bonne qualité !

Le poisson (églefin, merlan ou lieu noir) est livré par notre poissonnier tous les jours et est donc ultra-frais et nous proposons des vraies frites fraîches (cuisson en deux fois). Vous pouvez déguster sur place ou acheter à emporter – on vous sert les Fish and chips enroulés dans le traditionnel cornet en papier journal.

"Pornichet Fish & Chips was created in 2014 by Dorothy Legeay and her children, Kevin and Joanna.

Dorothy was born in Scotland and started the adventure in Pornichet by importing the Fish and Chips concept, respecting traditions to offer you the best of fresh fish and homemade fries, always with a warm welcome.

BAC pro cuisine in his pocket, Kevin has developed his beer-based breadcrumb recipe and together we want to show you another facet of British culinary art with good quality fast food!

The fish (haddock, whiting or saithe) is delivered by our fishmonger every day and is therefore ultra-fresh and we offer real fresh chips (cooked in two stages). You can enjoy on the spot or buy to take away - you are served Fish and chips wrapped in the traditional newsprint cone.
