A whimsical painting of toy balloons being used to raise small boats into a partly cloudy sky is one of the original five decorated traffic signal boxes commissioned by the City of Portland in 2016. The painting is by local artist Michael Lewis.
He signed his work with his initials and dedicated it to Milo and Austin. He also dated the painting with the number 16.
