This outside wooden carving is located on the south side of N.E. 50th, east of Hideaway Pizza and south of Bishop McGuinness High School. Depicted is a tiger head, painted orange and black, facing north, and sitting on a stump. There are four symbols on the stump base of the sculpture. One is a cross, the other the Star of David. A third is the number 3, and I cannot tell what the front symbol is.
The face of the Tiger shows good detail with the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears as well as the cheeks. The animal's mouth is closed and he is staring straight ahead.
