This dated cornerstone is on the South and West side of the North Muskegon City Hall building. The North Muskegon City Hall building consists of small red brick rectangular building. The trim is painted white and the windows have black shudders. The front door is all glass and has fancy trim around and above it, that is painted white. The roof is peaked and has asphalt shingles. There is a weather vane in the center at the top of the roof.
