St Margaret's church, Hemingford Abbots, has four stained glass windows, but particularly noteworthy are those with engraved glass, which were created by local engraver David Peace.

Most of the stained glass is Victorian, but there is eighteenth century heraldic glass in the north aisle with armorial bearings to Dickens and
Hildesley families circa 1740, also some mediaeval fragments in the east window of north aisle.

The fine east window (1912) by Powells of Whitefriars depicts Christ's Crucifixion, with a cross like a vine stem and Mary, John and ten other saints (visit link) . From the left they are Peter, Margaret with the dragon, Augustine, Benedict and Patrick above; and on the right, Alban, Etheldreaa bearing Ely Cathedral, George, with Columba and Aidan above.
