8Nuts MotherGoose and bluesnote observed the ISS during the same Pass on the Evening of May 17, 2019.

8Nuts MotherGoose observed the ISS reach its Max Altitude at 21:15:24 CDT at 67° to the SE.
bluesnote observed the ISS reach its Max Altitude at 22:21:09 EDT at 64° to the NW.
It took the ISS 5 minutes, 45 seconds to travel the 1725 miles between the two points.

Notes about the sighing: At about 10:21 EST, I saw the ISS rise and pan across the sky from the south west to the north east. It was very bright, with little clouds obstructing my view. I witness it from the front yard of my soon to be former rental home. There was lots of light pollution, given I'm in a major metro area but still I was able to watch it pan across the sky.
