The village of Kingskettle is one of many that are dotted around the Howe of Fife, a flat fertile area surrounded by hills in the centre of the Kingdom of Fife. The village and its near neighbour, Kettlebridge, make up the parish of Kettle, and the Kettle Convenience Store doubles as the Post Office in the centre of the village on South Street.
