EN: This large water-powered sawmill stands on the edge of the open-air museum Écomusée in Ungersheim.
The sawmill stood in the village Moosch before and was rebuilt in 1989 in the museum. Parts of another sawmill from Dolleren were also used.
The mill is fully functional. The water wheel has a diameter of over six meters.
FR: Cette grande scierie à eau est située à la lisière du musée à ciel ouvert Écomusée à Ungersheim.
La scierie se trouvait auparavant dans le village de Moosch et a été reconstruite en 1989 dans le musée. Des parties d'une autre scierie de Dolleren ont également été utilisées.
Le travail est entièrement fonctionnel. La roue à eau a un diamètre de plus de six mètres.
DE: Dieses grosse wasserbetriebene Sägewerk steht am Rand des Freiluftmuseums Écomusée in Ungersheim.
Das Sägewerk stand vorher im Dorf Moosch und wurde 1989 im Museum wieder aufgebaut. Dabei wurden auch Teile eines anderen Sägewerks aus Dolleren verwendet.
Das Werk ist voll funktionsfähig. Das Wasserrad hat einen Durchmesser von über sechs Metern.
