This stone bench honoring Annette Bleiweis sits on a terrace behind the Jesse M. Smith Memorial Library in the Burrillville, Rhode Island village of Harrisville. Here, the north side of the building location provides views above a small river downstream of the Harrisville Mill Pond.
The bench is about four feet long and made from three pieces of gray granite. The seat and its two legs have roughly finished and squared off faces. A bronze dedication plaque is centrally affixed to the concrete just below the seat and reads:
