This disk, set in a concrete monument flush with the ground, is near the trail that goes through the remnants and ruins of Fort Phantom Hill, near Abilene.

The disk has JLW 1620 along the edge, "EL" below that, a cross a bit off center, and below the cross:


The actual elevation of the area is around 1,600 feet.
