The Rogers County Courthouse is located at 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd. The courthouse faces west and on the large concrete patio in front of the building, this memorial was placed by VFW Post 1976. It was originally dedicated on May 23, 1971 and re-dedicated on November 11, 2016 when this new courthouse building was erected.

The monument is a precast concrete pillar about three foot by three foot and about eight feet high. At the top is a metal bowl with an eternal flame. On the two sides are black granite plaques listing the names of those killed in action in Korean, Vietnam, War on Terror, World War I and II. On the front of the pillar a bronze plaque is mounted which reads:
