Being a fair distance to more major towns, this is just what the locals need. 10km ATCF (as-the-crow-flies) to Albury or Wodonga still means a 20 minute drive. Also, having Latchford Barracks, 'just over the road' gives some extra sales I'm sure. They aren't so much into Hardware, but do stock all the snacks, drinks, and party supplies a group may need. As well as everyday groceries.
