The quote appears in Manx Gaelic at the end of dedication for Gary M. Armstrong. The full dedication reads as follows:
“’I’LL CLOSE MY EYES & WANDER THROUGH MY DREAMS.’
IN EVER-LOVING MEMORY OF
GARY M. ARMSTRONG
MARCH 25 TH 1963 – OCTOBER 7 TH 2006. “TA MEE MERIU’”
The bench is so positioned that it faces across the graveyard and offers views North Barrule.
