The Hofrat-Seyffer-Quelle or Hofrat-Seyffer Spring which is classified as a Thermalsole meaning hot and briny is located near the Reinhold-Meier bridge over the Neckar, about 850 meters away from the bathhouse. It must be piped there.
I can't find any information on what temperature it actually comes out of the ground as, but the spa has pools as hot as 36° C which are fed by this spring.
