Historischer 'Trigonometrischer Punkt' am Langesbühl, Landkreis Hof in Bayern

Unmittelbar rechts vom Eingangstor zur ehemaligen Stellung am Langesbühl befindet sich dieser einzigartige Stein. Da der aktuelle Trigonometrische Punkt zur etwa 2,5 Meter entfernt ist, kann man schon beim Vergleich der beiden das
wesentlich höhere Alter dieses Steines erkennen. Die Ausmaße sind: 40 x 40 cm. Der Stein ragt rund 28 cm aus der Bodenbedeckung heraus. Es wird eine Höhe von 699 bis 701 Meter gemessen, je nach Bezuigssystem, was aber praktisch akzeptiert ist.
Der Block hat das dreieckige Erkennungssymbol auf der Oberfläche, das wiederum ca. 5 mm vertieft dargestellt ist. (Vergleiche Bilder!)
