Established in 1819, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows is a fraternal organization, and the Daughters of Rebekah is their women's auxiliary, established in 1851. Today, both accept male and female members, and like so many organizations, their meeting places are known as lodges. It was not common for the Odd Fellows to establish cemeteries where they had lodges, and sometimes, those cemeteries would be absorbed into a larger burial ground over time. In some cases, they have their own section of a cemetery, reserved for burials of both Odd Fellows and Rebekahs, and that appears to be the case here. At the center of a long strip is a gray granite monument, topped by a sphere, placed here by Brigham Lodge No. 14 at some point, and on the proper front is an emblem with elements associated with their organization: An all-knowing eye, three chain links with the letters F(riendship), L(ove), and T(ruth), and the letters, I.O.O.F. Around the perimeter is "* Brigham Lodge No. 14. * Idaho Falls, Idaho".

Interestingly, a Masonic emblem, with a crest with a shield bearing "Justitia Universal", complemented by a crook, a sword, and a crown, appears on one side of the monument, but the other two emblems on the remaining two sides are certainly Odd Fellows: One features the three pillars of the order -- Faith, Hope, and Charity -- along with a tent with crossed crooks, while the second is the Rebekahs emblem. It includes a crescent moon and stars, a lily, and the Dove of Peace with an olive branch in its beak. It's actually more common to not see the olive branch in their emblem, which typically includes the three links and a letter "R" to complement the dove.
