The prismatic wayside shrine is located at the crossroad in village Krumsín. The building dates back to the end of the 18th century. It is made of plastered bricks, with a pyramidal roof made of red shingles and on the top of the roof there is an iron cross. In its upper part there are four (empty) niches. In the lower part of the northeastern wall there is i bigger niche with a statue of the Virgin Mary inside. The niche is covered with a wooden grid.
