The Wagon Wheel has a rusty steel hub, and 14 off-set steel spokes that appear to go through the wooden inner part of the rim, and fixed to the thick rusty steel band of the outer rim. It stands immediately beside the gate of a low mesh fence, fixed with some bricks around the base.
