You simply can't miss this one, as it and the seating area occupy a good section of the north side of the ground floor. The barista area is actually pretty small, but seating? Name the type of typical seating and they've got it, as this place probably goes nuts during business hours when people come down from the upper floors. There are also a good number of tables and chairs to be found outside, covered and uncovered.

Last cold drink of the day on my walking tour of this part of downtown Dallas, and the sky was getting dark as the rough weather rolled in. Really great service from the friendly duo behind the counter. I sipped my drink for a little bit, and then heard the first thunderclap. Time to get down the block to St. Paul Station to get my train home!
