Advertising the Hoover Service Center that must have once been housed here. The building housed Rainbow Records on the south side from 1975 until it's move to north Western Ave in 2004. It looks like the vacuum store was on the north side. The Hoover side is completely boarded up. The problem with businesses in this building seems to all stem from lack of parking.
