The town hall is a modern building.
There is a lot of glass around the building, even on the roof. Making optimal use of the sunlight and creating a lot of space in the building.
Sunshades are in the steel support structure and slide from top to bottom if necessary.

The community introduces itself. All new citizens and curious.
On Twist we like nature and most of our neighbors when we greet them at the garden fence. Skyscrapers or cramped living conditions are not here. Because even our young families can afford a piece of land with our low building land prices, many Twister have fulfilled their dream of owning their own home.
Altogether, there are nearly 10,000 inhabitants in Twist, of which one in five is under the age of 18. The inhabitants are spread over seven districts:

Twist covers a total area of ??105.6 square kilometers, much of which is located in the Bourtagner Moor International Nature Park. On one square kilometer come here 92 inhabitants. By comparison, there are 303 in Lingen (Ems) and 1,356 in Osnabrück.
What makes Twist so special is its central location: Geographically, it is located on the western border of the Emsland with more than 15 km of common border with the Netherlands and is connected by motorway, federal and regional roads nationwide.
