Chainsaw carved from a single log, this four-foot tall Cumberland Crime Stoppers masked super hero stands guard at the front entrance to the former Police headquarters.

This local mascot has roughly cut chunky features in a full-body cartoon-like sculpture. He wears a hooded body suit that is painted red with black cuffs, cape, and eye mask. An octagon shield in the middle of his chest may have been white at one time, but is now yellowed. Within the crest is an illustration of a masked burgler holding a bag of money, a giant fist with "Crime Stoppers" on the forearm is smashing the bad guy's head. "CUMBERLAND CRIME STOPPERS" is carved into the base, which shows signs of rot along the bottom few inches.
