The cemetery contains over 600 graves according to www.findagrave.com. There was interesting situation a couple of years ago when the cemetery committee decided on a prime location for a new columbarium it was realized that the town boundaries weren't clear. It turns out the preferred site wasn't on Town property but in the neighbouring Municipal District of Taber. It would have taken years to get through the paperwork so the committee decided to choose a different location.
