Dated keystone for the main building housing Public Works for the city of Ventnor City. The building was constructed in 1923,in a style very much reminiscent of a Spanish style.
The building and grounds are in impeccable shape and present a very striking image.
Public Works is co-located with the Water Plant at the intersection of Cornwall & Winchester Avenues in Ventnor City.
