This is a one-story tan brick building with a flat roof, constructed in 1957. It faces Birch Street at 7th and is located between the old two-story high school on the south, and a classroom building on the north.
The cafeteria has a centered set of double glass doors, flanked by four large picture windows. A granite plaque to the right of the windows reads:
