This is a one-story red brick classroom building with a flat roof, constructed in 1962. It faces Birch Street at 7th Street. The windows are set in triples and entrances are located on the north and south. The building runs back from the street alongside the gymnasium. A cafeteria is adjacent on the south.
A granite plaque is located on the northeast corner which reads:
