The speeder is on the grounds of the Camrose Railway Museum & Park. Probably everything you would want to know about the accompanying station can be found on the Alberta Regiser's website (https://hermis.alberta.ca/ARHP/Details.aspx?DeptID=1&ObjectID=4665-1074).
This semi-restored speeder was used by Canadian Northern Railway until it stopped use in the 1980s. Speeders replaced handcars until they themselves were replaced by half-ton pickup trucks for track inspection.
