Located in downtown Wellston, at 308-312 2nd Street, this is a one-story brick building with a flat roof. The three bays are recessed behind the upper wall, which is supported by stone pillars. The storefronts at 308 and 310 are currently vacant, and have housed various businesses in the ensuing years. The storefront at 312 originally had an overhead door used by the Motor Sales company, but this has been closed with a brick stem wall and wood clapboard and the interior is most likely combined with 310.
On the upper wall, three brick-bordered inset panels are located. Each has one of the words from the earlier car business.
