Completed in 1976, this baseball field is dedicated to Albel J Rodrigues, and all of the people who helped make the building of this field a reality.
Father, mentor, coach. and community activist, Abel spent countless hours dedicating his time to youth sports and to kids. In 1973, when a field was needed for kids age 13 and up,
he started a three year journey to build this field,
which concluded in a Grand Opening on May 15. 1976.
Abe1's dream was for hundreds of kids to be able
to use the field then, now and in the future. For all
who come here, enjoy the game, and play ba11!
