Twist O' The Mist ice cream shop is shaped like a three story high soft-serve ice cream cone. The name is a take-off on the popular tourist attraction the Maid of the Mist boat ride at Niagara Falls. The building is really well done with surprising details. The circular cone is where business is conducted. It is tapered and painted to resemble a real flat bottomed waffled ice cream cone. The roof resembles the spiral twist of a soft-serve ice cream cone. Five rings of "vanilla soft-serve" taper to a point. On top there is painted "chocolate sauce" and a cherry.
The shop features 72 flavors of ice cream and is open throughout the summer season. It is open daily 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.
