This is a Centennial clock, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Oklahoma statehood. it was dedicated on April 21, 2007. The clock is located in a garden area on the median of Main Street at the intersection of Highway 62 (23rd Street).

The clock as four faces with Roman numerals. Above the faces are printed "Main Street" and Established 1893". At the base of the clock, a bronze plaque reads:
