The first location is on a sign with the church's name on. This may be considered to be not permanent as it could be replaced but the Dove of peace does seem to be an important symbol to the church.
The permanent sign is high up on the wall of the church. In this case the dove is attached to a cross on the wall.
Both of the symbols show the dove with an olive branch in its beak. It's not clear what the dove on the cross is made of, but it appears to be white painted wood.
