This anchor is found along Bienville Road on Dauphin Island, Alabama at the entrance of the campground. The Anchor was donated by J.T. and Mildred Savage who were long time residents of the Island and cared and helped Island organizations through out their lives. The Anchor was found around 1974 by shrimpers offshore. J.T. then donated the Anchor to the Island.
