This is a beautiful little park that includes the world's largest pysanka, pond, campground, tourist information centre, the occasional festival and other features.

Because of the pysanka "Easter Egg" visitors come here from all over the world. Open year round, there is a trout pond with a fountain plus a 93 site campground, a restored caboose. The park also has a great tobogganing hill and a new outdoor fitness area.
It is named after the Elks civic organization who were fundamental to helping pull all the features together.
