No longer Cowley's only park of note, this one is just north of Main Street (Highway 310) and a block north of Town Hall. A second park has recently been developed five blocks south and one block east.

The town (and other nearby towns) was settled by the mormons in 1900, so this park is quite likely nearly as old as the town. Occupying about 3/4 of a city block, the park has quite a few amenities. On the western edge of the park is a good sized pavilion covering a dozen or more picnic tables. Elsewhere in the park are two or three more small pavilions, each with two tables.
South of the large pavilion is the children's playground, with a picnic pavilion of its own and a barbecue. The playground has swings, teeter-totters, ride-on animals and three separate jungle gym structures, with ladders, slides and climby-hangy features.
Also in the park are a basketball court, the town's swimming pool, two volleyball courts, horseshoe pitches, a ball diamond, restrooms and, behind the larger pavilion, a barbecue. Toward the north end of the park stands the town's water tower, a fairly new structure of contemporary design. With expanses of well maintained grass, there are also many mature evergreen trees scattered about the park.
