Elle doit son nom au poète Romain Selsis (1898-1956) qui épousa une Oraisonnaise et s'éteignit à Oraison après une longue maladie incurable.
A l'écoute de vos suggestions, travaillant en collaboration avec les médiathèques de la DLVA et la médiathèque départementale de Digne, la médiathèque Romain Selsis souhaite accéder ainsi à une offre de lecture, musique, films, conférences, animations, répondant aux besoins et aux attentes de ses adhérents.
Pascale et Jean-Baptiste seront heureux de vous y accueillir.
Un espace adulte avec des romans en tout genre, science fiction, policier, de terroir... des bandes dessinées, des documentaires, un fond régional, ainsi que des livres en gros caractères; un espace jeunesse avec des albums, des documentaires, des contes, des romans, des bandes dessinées et des revues; un espace multimédia avec des CD, DVD, des revues et un poste informatique public.

It owes its name to the poet Romain Selsis (1898-1956) who married an Oraisonnaise and died in Oraison after a long incurable illness.
Listening to your suggestions, working in collaboration with the DLVA media libraries and the Digne departmental media library, the Romain Selsis media library wishes to access a reading, music, films, conferences, animations offer that meets the needs and expectations of its members.
Pascale and Jean-Baptiste will be happy to welcome you there.
An adult space with novels of all kinds, science fiction, detective, local... comics, documentaries, a regional background, as well as books in large print; a youth space with albums, documentaries, stories, novels, comics and magazines; a multimedia space with CDs, DVDs, magazines and a public computer station.
