While there is are two diamond-shaped shade-sails at the Playground, and one wasn't shading any of the equipment when I was there at lunchtime, while the other was doing good job. There is a bit more stainless steel piping used here than most playgrounds.
A short Slippery Slide is set on a foam-mat covered slope in the landscaped garden - with gravel at the bottom. A Swing-Set has wooden posts, with two plastic 'lounge chairs' for seats, with another two, of the more usual rubberised seats. Foam soft-fall is around this, and the other equipment.
The rest is rather open, suspended stainless steel tubing, in various forms, like a dished, curving, climbing ramp up to a small, roofed platform. Or a wavy Monkey Pole to climb across to another small-roofed platform, where a Firemans Pole, or a lime-green plastic Slippery Slide are options to get down. There is also a cable V-suspension bridge for the adventurous.
There is a picnic table, and a couple of wooden benches for the carers. And afterwards the ability to cool off at the local pool.
