FR La boulangerie de Saumane fait preuve d'originalité pour attirer l'attention sur son commerce.
Le nom, d'abord : Le Pain de Cresus. Crésus est le personnage principal d'un film, et le nom du film tourné à quelques kilomètres de là.
L'enseigne également : on y voit en "silhouette", un boulanger, en sabot, qui met son pain dans le four. A ses pieds, une souris et un chat.
Ce commerce était fermé à mon passager et c'est dommage car il n'y a plus que dans les villages que l'on trouve encore du bon vrai pain complet, sans produits pour le faire lever plus vite au détriment du goùt.

The name first: The Bread of Cresus. Cresus is the main character of a film, and the name of the film shot a few kilometers away.
It is also a sign: you can see a baker in "silhouette", in a hoof, putting his bread in the oven. At his feet, a mouse and a cat.
This business was closed to my passenger and it is a pity because only in the villages can you still find good real wholemeal bread, without products to make it rise faster at the expense of taste.
