Being right beside the Rest Area along the Princes Highway puts this community-minded group in a great place to serve the weary traveller with a cup of tea of coffee during the school holidays.

This is quite a large, square building of Bessa blocks, with a hip corrugated iron roof. There are two brown roller doors to the front, with an asphalt drive out to the Princes Highway. There are two access doors, one either side of the roller doors, for entry to the Office, and to the storage and equipment area. On the southern side of the building is a tall wooden post (aka telephone pole) for the draining of used fire hoses.
