I wasn't expecting to find a great independent Mexican restaurant in this part of the world, but I was wrong!

It's in a dusty plaza, but the interior gives you the feeling of a rustic Mexican cantina. You'll find all kinds of variety on the chalkboard or the menu. Items include burritos, enchiladas, and street tacos. The place also has gourmet coffees, espresso, and teas.
One of the nice things they do here is use freshly made corn tortillas. They are never frozen. Also, they have a selection of homemade hot sauces on the table.
