The Central Administration Complex is the facility that houses many of the departments necessary for the administration of the affairs of the British Virgin Islands. The large building has a central main building flanked by the a pair of wings at both ends set at a 45 degree angle to the main building. The front of the building has a beautifully landscaped plaza.

The Central Administration Complex contains the offices of the Premier and Deputy Premier as well as many departments.
