This white sided church is located on the south side of Indiana State Road 32, about 1.5 miles east of US41, and 5 miles north east of Kingman, Indiana. This location is in Millcreek Township, in Fountain County, Indiana. The Scott's Praire Cemetery, is about 3/4 mile east of the church, in Cain Township, on the north side of IN-32. (visit link)

Fountain County lies in the western part of the U.S. state of Indiana on the east side of the Wabash River. The county was officially established in 1826 and was the 53rd in Indiana. The county seat is Covington.
