"Village Cross. C14 and early C19. Ashlar. Octagonal obelisk approx 2m high, set on C14 octagonal moulded pedestal and base of 2 steps. Possibly resited. This building is probably one of the architectural ornaments introduced to the village c1820-1840 by Gregory Gregory, Lord of the Manor of Harlaxton."
