Avenue du moulin neuf, à Manosque, on peut voir ce pont qui semble coupé mais ce pont est dans son état d'origine.
A l'époque où Manosque était une ville minière, les wagons de charbon arrivaient sur le pont pour y être déchargé dans les trains arrêté en dessous.
De chaque côté du pont, des scènes de vie des mineurs ont été peints et une plaque posée pour commémorer cette période.
Coté est, un mineur extrait le charbon dans la mine. Coté nord, près de la plaque, une lanterne à charbon est peinte. Coté ouest, deux mineurs, armés de pioches extraient le charbon.

Avenue du moulin neuf, in Manosque, you can see this bridge which seems to be cut but this bridge is in its original state.
At the time when Manosque was a mining town, coal wagons arrived on the bridge to be unloaded into the trains stopped below.
On either side of the bridge, scenes of the miners' lives were painted and a plaque placed to commemorate this period.
On the east side, a miner is mining coal in the mine. On the north side, near the plate, a coal lantern is painted. On the west side, two miners, armed with pickaxes, extract coal.
