Memorial stone to the satellite camp of the Neuengamme concentration camp in Horneburg.
The plaque says (translated):
A satellite camp of the Neuengamme concentration camp was located here between 1944 and 1945.
Hundreds of young Jewish women from many European countries were imprisoned here.
They had to do forced labor for an armaments company.
Their traces are lost in the extermination camps of the Third Reich.
Their suffering and death are a warning to us.
