A bronze bust of John Fitzgerald Kennedy rests on top of a 7' high by 2.5' square granite base. The bust was created by Paul Lancz and originally erected in 1986. It was relocated to it's present site in 2012.
The base is inscribed:

A plaque on the wall next to the monument is inscribed:
Politicien américan, John Fitzgerald Kennedy est élu à la Chambre des représentatants en 1946
et au Sénat en 1952. En 1960, il devient le plus juene président élu des États-Unis,
at aussi le premier de confession catholique. Il est assassiné à Dallas, au Texas,
moins de trois ans apres être entré en fonction. Ce buste est une interprétation
d'un homme politique à l'image très médiatisée.
English translation:
American politician John Fitzgerald Kennedy was elected to the House of Representatives in 1946
and the Senate in 1952. In 1960, he became the youngest elected president of the United States,
was also the first of the Catholic religion. He was assassinated in Dallas, Texas,
less than three years after taking office. This bust is an interpretation
of a politician with a high profile image.
